Welcome to Community!

KC Community Groups are life-giving gatherings where every heart and every home is devoted to Jesus—extending the church beyond Sundays into regular gatherings across the city. Rooted in prayer, Scripture, and deep connection, our community groups ignite Kingdom culture in ordinary places. In a community group, you can expect encounter Jesus, become more like Him, and find a place to belong among God's people.

When do groups meet?

Each group host will choose the night of the week that works best for them, and the group sign up will display this information. This way, you can choose the night of the week and location that works best for you and your family. Groups will gather in an every-other-week rhythm.

What about my kids?

Each group handles this differently. Some groups arrange for childcare, and others have the kids play in the next room while they meet. Contact a group leader to find out what their group does.

If I attend a community group, should I also attend on Sundays?

Community groups add an opportunity to build relationship and engage in deeper community in addition to Sunday gatherings. We believe that our corporate gathering is very important, and we encourage everyone to attend Sunday mornings, even while in a group.

If I want to lead, what is my responsibility?

Leading a community group is one of the best ways to help people grow in their faith and connect with other believers! Community Group leaders welcome people into their home, coordinate practical details, guide group discussions, and guide group prayer. Email jcummings@kingdomcofw.com for more information.
