CULTIVATE

A generation of young adults cultivating deep relationship with Jesus!

Imagine an internship where college students committed ten weeks to encounter the presence of God and live Unto Him? The Cultivate Summer Internship is designed to create space for students to engage God deeply within the context of community and cultivate a rich relationship with Him through rhythms that build faith. We partner with the Holy Spirit to see a generation transformed and commissioned to live the Gospel and steward revival on college campuses across the nation.

Stewarding a Generation

There is a call on our house to steward the next generation for Jesus, and out of that call comes a heart to see a generation of young people living Unto Him! To join us in this movement, sign up up to pray, house a student, and support financially through our 'Heart for a Generation' fund.

Student FAQ

When is the deadline to apply for the internship?

All applications must be submitted by Friday, February 3, 2023.

When will I find out if I have been accepted?

All applicants will know their acceptance status by end of day on Monday, February 27.

I am not from Fort Wayne, do I need to pay for summer housing?

No, we have housing available through host families within our church community. Please indicate your need for housing on the application.

What does the weekly schedule of the internship look like?

The program will take place Sunday through Thursday each week. The final details of the schedule will be announced closer to the start date.

Is this a paid internship?

Yes, this is a paid-internship and includes some support-raising.

Can I have  a part-time job and still participate in the internship?

This is a full-time internship, and your schedule will need to be protected in order to maximize the benefits of the program. Therefore, additional employment is discouraged. If you have a specific need for additional employment, please let us know on your application or by emailing info@kingdomcofw.com.

Can I take college classes this summer and still participate in the internship?

Taking summer classes is a possibility, although it will make for a full load. Coursework would need to take place in the evenings as daytime coursework would interfere with the internship schedule. Additionally, this internship may apply towards college credit if your institution accepts it.

Who can apply?

The program is designed for college students, incoming freshman through graduating seniors.
Our desire for the Cultivate Internship is that each student would be fully immersed in a community and engage the Gospel in a new way. Our students last year were involved in every area of serving at Kingdom Collective, and had the opportunity to lead a Sunday gathering themselves! Above you will find images from the summer of 2022, as well as a link to listen to some of our interns sharing a message on God's Heart for the Bride of Christ!
